Rothley Lodge is LPC’s state of the art tissue converting site with 4 kitchen towel converting lines capable of printing 2 to 4 colours and 3 luxury toilet tissue converting lines with a variety of embossing designs and pack formats. The site has a capacity of over 70,000 tonnes and is fully automated from parent reels to palletisation of finished product with minimal human contact. Once the finished product is palletised, automated laser guided vehicles (LGVs) take the finished product to the warehouse.
Advances in the new converting technology installed, combined with the LGV’s ensures LPC are capable of passing on substantial benefits to customers of flexible 365 day, 24 hour fast and efficient production.
