LPC (UK) Ltd uses the most advanced production processes for kitchen towels, toilet tissue and facial tissues.

The company uses state of the art robotic systems and automated processes throughout the facility. January 2002 saw the commissioning of the World's largest rewinder, the XXL. In conjunction with our new paper mill alongside our continuous production process allows us to process from pulp to finished product in around four hours. The converting facility runs for 7 days a week, 365 days a year and can produce in excess of 560,000,000 toilet rolls and 250,000,000 kitchen towels annually. In 2000 we invested in new premises in Leicester for the production of facial tissues.

Our own paper mills and large warehouse for finished products, alongside the converting plant mean that we can control the production process throughout, allowing us to offer the highest standards and a reliable service. The new mill produces paper using the revolutionary TissuFlex™ technology producing the softest paper available. What's more we pride ourselves on our record of environmental awareness. Much of the raw material used is recycled, including pulp from our own recycling plant. And we have already met the requirements of the stringent IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations.
